At Nature Blue Eco Attraction, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

General policy

  • All purchases and bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Nature Blue Eco Attraction.

Cancellations by Nature Blue Eco Attraction

A refund or reschedule may be offered if:

  • Activities are cancelled by us due to unsafe weather conditions

  • The attraction is closed due to unforeseen operational or safety issues

In such cases, guests may be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to reschedule for a later date

Guest cancellations and no-shows

  • Refunds are not issued for guest cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.

  • Missed bookings due to personal circumstances, transportation issues, or scheduling conflicts are non-refundable.

Weather conditions

Normal weather variations (light rain, overcast conditions, cooler temperatures) do not qualify for a refund. Refunds are considered only when activities are deemed unsafe and cancelled by management.

Refund method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
